Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc. (“Venus Medtech”) has recently obtained the certificates of three systems, namely, ISO27001 Information Security Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

ISO/IEC27001, a representative international standard for information security management system, aims to offer effective protection to information resources and promote the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of informationization. To better guarantee its operational security, information disclosure, compliance management and data protection, the company has requested for certification of the information security management involved in the design and production of medical devices within the scope of qualification (TAVR systems, introducer sheaths and dilator).

Based on environmental policies, ISO14001 carries out environmental management by formulating environmental policies, putting the requirements of the policies into practice, reviewing and maintaining the implementation results and process. This certification is to ensure that the company keeps all types of pollutants in all processes, products and activities in line with relevant requirements.

ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System identifies hazards in the company's products, services, activities and working environment through professional investigation and assessment and conformity assessment required by relevant laws. For impermissible hazards and risks, the system develops corresponding control plans, regularly checks and evaluates regulations and plans of occupational health and safety, and continuously improves the performance in this regard.

The certification of the above three systems represents the continuous improvement of the Venus Medtech's comprehensive management level and system. It helps promote the normalization, standardization and modernization of the company’s management, thus enhancing its competitiveness in domestic and international markets and image improvement.
