On the Venusmedtech eIFU website you will find product Instructions for Use (IFU). Venusmedtech recommends the eIFU be viewed, downloaded. Users should keep their product information guides handy at all times. When using Venusmedtech devices, Health Care Professionals should keep product IFUs readily available for the operator’s reference during any procedure.

Note:Venusmedtech IFUs may be revised from time to time, so please refer to this Web page for the most current version at the time of the procedure.

  • How do I search for an Instruction for Use (IFU)?

    The IFU website is designed to help patients and healthcare professionals easily find complete instructions for using Venusmedtech products. You can search for any Venusmedtech IFU on the website by using the device Name that identifies the product.

    Note: The Name (e.g. VenusP-Valve Delivery System), can be found on the product package label and marketing and training materials.

  • What if no IFUs are found?

    If the IFUs you are looking for are not available, contact your Venusmedtech representative for assistance.

  • How do I view an IFU?

    Click the "View doc" link. Once the document displays on your screen, you can scroll through each page, search for specific terms.

  • How to find the IFU for correct version

    When preview the document, the default IFU is the most current version, please select the corresponding No. and version on the preview page according to label on product.

  • How do I download an IFU?

    Click the "View document" link to open and display the document. Once the document is opened in the web PDF viewer, click on the "Download" icon displayed at the top-right of the PDF viewer to download the entire IFU.

  • How do I order a paper version of the IFU?

    Use one of the search methods to locate the IFU you would like to order.

    Contact Venusmedtech Support at eIFU@venusmedtech.eu to get a copy (at no charge).

  • How quickly will I get my ordered paper IFU?

    Customers will receive orders for printed IFUs within seven natural days.

  • What if there is an issue with my order or if I am having trouble ordering an IFU?

    Contact your Venusmedtech representative.

    Note: Venusmedtech IFUs are available for electronic viewing, downloading, and printing on this website 24 hours a day.
